Currently, UK passport holders can enter Europe’s Schengen Zone without a visa or any prior authorization.

- Access the official ETIAS website or mobile application. Such a website will be launched when ETIAS is operational.
- Complete the online application form. During the application, you have to provide the following information:
- Email address.
- Your UK passport details (number, expiry date, etc).
- Your personal details (name, age, nationality, sex, contact information, occupation, etc.)
- Pay the ETIAS application fee.
Once ETIAS is launched, the application process will take about ten minutes, and you should receive your ETIAS within minutes of submission.
How Long Can UK Nationals Stay in Europe With an ETIAS?
With an ETIAS, UK nationals can stay in Europe for a maximum of 90 days within a 180-period. The ETIAS is valid for three years, during which time you can travel to Europe multiple times.
How Much Will ETIAS Cost for Britons?
An ETIAS will cost €7 (equivalent to GBP 7, as of December 2023) for all applicants between the ages of 18 and 70. Minors and applicants over 70 years old will receive an ETIAS free of charge. This fee is charged when you submit your application and it’s the only fee you have to pay.
